This sign was outside a store we went to. Tony and I thought it was funny. No dogs, no cats, no lizards. NO LIZARDS! Oh because everyone just happens to bring a lizard with them to the grocery store.
These next few pictures are of a park we found. It looked like a lot of fun but a little to advanced for Vann. I felt like I was looking at an obstacle course for the military.
McDonald's of course. We thought this was interesting because it is in Japanese usually when you see McDonald's it says it in English.
This McDonald's was especially unusual because it had a drive thru. They don't have very many drive thru's here.
The McDonald's menu is also very different than what we are use to. They have shrimp burgers, potato bacon hot pockets, and a lot of other things including a chicken shaker which is what I am holding in the picture. It is a breaded white meat chicken breast that you get in a bag with your choice of seasoning (cheese, lemon herb, or black pepper) you proceed to pour your seasoning in the bag and shake. They are my favorite.
We saw all of these Japanese people in this park playing what looked like croquet but I think it was something else as you can kind of see a ball in the middle sitting on a rod.
Vann reading the newspaper.
My nice hair dryer at The New Sanno Hotel. What an interesting machine.
