Last Sunday was the Spring Festival on base. It was extremely cold that we ended up not spending that much time there. We walked around to see everything that they had and then we decided to go get some coffee at Starbucks considering it was warm in there. I guess everyone had the same idea because Starbucks was packed. While we were sitting there The Tolf family walked in. It was nice to sit there and chat with them while kids kind of played. We eventually just went and rented some movies and came home. I was kind of disappointed that the weather wasn't that nice. You can buy bread here buy the slice. The lower number of slices that you get the thicker it is. I have been looking at the really thick bread since last year. Finally this year I have bought it so that I could make french toast even though I am not suppose to cook in my room. (What are they going to do kick me out.) It makes the best french toast. Vann loves it!
You see the most interesting sayings over here on clothes. I sometimes wounder if the Japanese truly know and understand what there clothes say. This guy was standing in front of us while we were waiting for the fire truck. Nice! That's all I have to say.
Mmm... Cotton Candy.
I can't tell if he looks sick or he is just trying to figure out a strategy on where to go next.
Our Japanese style dinner I cooked. It was some kind of meat with green beans and some kind of sauce. I'm really good, I dont even know what I am cooking. It turned out good.
