Sunday we headed up towards Kawasaki. We pass it every time we go to The New Sanno Hotel. I have always thought that it looked like a fun place to stop. We got off the train and started walking through a covered breeze way that had a lot of different shops and restaurants. The architecture was made to look like you were in Italy. It was fun to see a different part of Japan. We were pretty hungry and Vann was starting to get whiny. I wanted to find a ramen house. We found one down the way and it must have been a popular one because there was a line to get in. We decided to wait. It didn't take long and we had a seat. We order and shortly after had our food. I love how fast things are over here. The ramen bowls are huge. Vann and I shared. After eating we decided to keep walking we found a mall across the street that had a 100 yen store in it so we went to check it out. While we were waiting for the elevator I noticed they had a children's play area on the same floor. We decided to let Vann play considering the elevator door opened right to it and you couldn't miss it. It was awesome. They had an indoor sand pit, ball pit, inflatable jumping toys, and even balls to climb in and roll. They had a section for 2 years and under, imitations play where kids could dress up, play food, cars, train tables, kinexs, and a lot more. Vann had a blast. I think Tony and I had just as much fun. We headed home shortly after play as we were all very tired. I wish we had fun places like this back home. Its things like this that make me like Japan so much.My ramen bowl.
A mall in KawasakiThe indoor sand pit.
The milk bar, a lot of Japanese people breastfeed but they are very private about it. You will find feeding areas in any malls that you go to.

I saw this Hello Kitty machine and though it was funny. It has cups on the side to put your candies into.

I thought these shoes were wild, but this is totally normal for them. They love bright colors and a lot of them.
